Accessibility statement

DataGardener Solutions Limited aims for datagardener.ai to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. This statement describes what was tested, how, known limitations, and how to report a problem.

Prepared 3 October 2026. Applies to the website at https://datagardener.ai operated by DataGardener Solutions Limited.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website. You should be able to navigate the whole site with a keyboard, use a screen reader, zoom to 400% without content being cut off, and read every piece of information that appears in an animation as plain text.

How accessible this website is

The site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. On 3 October 2026 every page was tested with the axe-core engine against WCAG 2.0 A and AA and WCAG 2.2 AA at phone (320px and 375px) and desktop (1280px) widths, with and without the reduced-motion preference, and no violations were found. Interactive components (the agent demonstrator, the Intelligence Graph, the research-time calculator, the navigation and the forms) were checked for keyboard operation and focus visibility.

  • All interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Colour contrast meets the AA ratio for text and controls.
  • Animated content has a text equivalent on the page (for example, each demonstrator investigation can be read as text).
  • Motion is reduced or removed when the operating system reduced-motion setting is on.
  • Headings, landmarks, tables and forms use semantic HTML with labels and descriptions.
  • Scrollable code and table regions are keyboard focusable.

Known limitations

  • The Intelligence Graph diagram is an SVG with keyboard-focusable nodes. On screens narrower than 768px it is replaced by an accessible list, so the diagram itself is not available on small screens.
  • Customer and accreditation logos are images with the organisation name as alternative text; the logos’ own small print is not reproduced.
  • Automated testing cannot catch everything. We have not yet completed a manual audit with assistive technology users.
